Gilad Atzmon founded the Orient House Ensemble band in London in 2000 together with Asaf Sirkis (d), Frank Harrison (p) and Oli  Hayhurst (b). Since then the ensemble toured extensively around the world. It has produced six albums in nine years.

The band now features Yaron Stavi on bass and Chris Higginbottom on drums.
