The Archduke was the first restaurant and wine bar to open on the Southbank in 1979 and is instantly recognisable by its spectacular and award winning architecture. Carved from under the railway arches by Waterloo Station, it has become something of a London institution for cocktails, steak and jazz, hosting performances on Fridays, Saturdays and on Sunday afternoons.
